In AMARA web shop we exclusively produce our own handwoven designs, also featuring selected artists’ designs. All products can be viewed freely without any obligation to purchase. Purchase in our store is done in a safe and unobtrusive way. By purchasing a product buyer accepts terms of business.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The operating conditions of this Internet store are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14; 110/015), Chapter III. – The conclusion of contracts outside the business premises and the distance contract and constitute a prior notification within the meaning of Article 43 of the JCE. By ordering the product, the Buyer confirms the acceptance of the terms of business.

General Conditions

AMARA is the owner of the AMARA web site and domains amara.hr and artamara.com. By accessing the AMARA website, you agree to all the terms and conditions of the sale, purchase and use of these pages. AMARA reserves the right to change the terms of sale, purchase and use of these pages at any time. These changes come into effect by posting on these web sites or when users have been otherwise notified of them. AMARA is not responsible for any damages that may arise in any way, or is in any way related to the use or misuse of the contents of this site. All content on this site is owned by AMARA, unless otherwise indicated and the use of these contents is forbidden except for the purpose of promoting AMARA Handwoven Design.

By accessing the site, the user is bound to comply with the laws, rules and restrictions related to the Internet, email, data, and privacy.

Purchase Process

The user is any person accessing and using the content of this site (hereinafter: User). By ordering the product, the Customer becomes a Buyer (hereinafter: Buyer).

By clicking the “Add to Basket” button, the selected product is stored in a virtual shopping cart where the User can delete or modify the selected products. To continue the process and purchase the selected item, click “PROCEED TO CHECK OUT”. To cancel the purchase of the item you need to click button “x” located next to the product in the Basket. By clicking on ” PROCEED TO CHECK OUT ” the order is considered as placed. Upon completion of the order process, the Buyer will receive from AMARA Handwoven Design the receipt that the order has been received.

If you order a product that is more or less available for delivery, AMARA will notify the Customer by telephone or e-mail and allow you to cancel your order or propose a new delivery deadline. In the case of cancellation of the order, AMARA will pay the buyer money back as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days after the Buyer has requested it.

Pictures, Description, Price

AMARA does its best to describe product characteristics as accurately as possible. However, we do reserve the right to make mistakes in the description and pictures of the product.

In the event of a change in the price, the customer is required to pay the price of the product that was highlighted in the order, and it is highlighted in the order confirmation that the user receives at the email address.

Every item in the web store has a price expressed in kunas (HRK) and Euro (EUR) that does not include shipping costs. Delivery costs are detailed at the end of the purchase. Expressed prices are valid for all payment methods at the time of purchase.

AMARA cannot be held responsible for additional costs incurred after the order, such as customs charges and other costs that may occur when sending shipment outside Croatia.

Delivery/Shipping

Ordered products will be sent within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from the receipt of the payment. The buyer selects delivery options during the checkout procedure. The purchased products can be also collected during working hours in our workshop in Gundulićeva 7, Zagreb. Additionally, the delivery can also be arranged according to customer’s individual preferences.  Contact us.

Due to current epidemiological situation it is not possible to visit our workshop.

AMARA is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by weather, customs, or any other circumstance beyond our control. AMARA reserves the right to postpone delivery of orders if there is a problem with the order receipt or the buyer has provided incomplete delivery information. Termination of Contract and Complaint Procedure

The buyer is entitled to one-sided termination of the contract within 14 days of receipt of the product. Returns of delivered products The Buyer shall deliver to the official address of AMARA trades at his own expense. The buyer is obliged to return the delivered goods in the state in which they are delivered (unworn) and in the original packaging (the packaging in which the goods are delivered) with the attached invoice. To terminate the contract, you must send the completed one-time termination agreement to the official AMARA email address. AMARA trades will return the buyer’s money no later than 14 days upon receipt of the returned goods. If we have undoubtedly found that the returned goods were in use or damaged by improper use, AMARA is not required to make a refund. The advertised product will be returned to the buyer at his/her expense with a written explanation of the reasons for not accepting a refund or replacement request.

The buyer is obliged to check the shipment upon receipt, report any visible damage to the shipper directly, and refuse to receive the damaged shipment. By signing the invoice and upon receipt of the invoice, the registered user confirms that during the takeover of the product he has made his review and that there are no objections to damage on the transport packaging. If the buyer refuses to accept the shipment due to identified and visible damage on the transport packaging, he / she must fill out the appropriate courier service form in respect of the damaged goods, and by e-mail immediately and not later than 8 (eight) days to notify AMARA whether he wants a replacement product or a refund. Upon receipt of the advertised shipment and the appropriate form, AMARA undertakes to carry out repeated deliveries or to make a refund within the deadlines prescribed for delivery.

If the buyer refuses to accept new and undamaged goods he has ordered, the trader has the right to demand from the buyer the reimbursement of all manipulative delivery costs.

Privacy Policy

AMARA is contractually obliged to respect the privacy and data secrecy principles by collecting only the essential, basic customer information necessary to meet our obligations. Personal information of buyers is kept on a secure server and is only available to AMARA who have this information necessary to provide quality services to our customers. The use of data is limited to communicating with customers for the purpose of making sales transactions. AMARA Trademark guarantees that the personal information of the user will never be given to insight and use to the third party without the prior consent of the user. This is excluded from the authorized services of the executive state authority of the Republic of Croatia for the purpose of investigative actions based on a valid court order.
